Troy brings more than 20 years’ experience working in the fields of mental health and substance abuse dependency. He has held positions in Juvenile Justice and Dual Diagnosis facilities as a therapist, Clinical Director, and Program Administrator. In his current role with Advanced Recovery Systems, Troy serves as National Director of Aftercare Services. Troy displays a professional and hard work ethic where his passion to help others is evident.
Troy specializes in adolescence, chemical dependency, conduct disorder, oppositional defiance, anger management, grief and loss, family conflict, couples therapy, depression, anxiety, trauma, and issues surrounding self-esteem.
Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work form Utah State University. He also holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. He is a Licensed Mental Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional, Certified E-Therapist, Certified Recovery Residence Administrator, and Qualified Supervisor in the State of Florida.

My name is Lauren Bryant, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with my Masters degree from the University of Central Florida. I have had 5+ years working professionally with children and families struggling with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral problems. In session, I utilize play, art, CBT, and positive parenting interventions to assist Clients and families in reaching their goals.
